Terms of service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are the agreement between CYCUS INNOVATIONS, Kerala, India ("SyncFlow", "we", "us") and the business that uses SyncFlow ("you"). By using SyncFlow you agree to them. If you accept them for a business, you confirm that you may do so on its behalf.
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
2. The service
SyncFlow is an online tool for managing products, stock, orders, invoices and profit, and for connecting marketplace accounts such as Amazon. Each business uses the features agreed with it.
We keep improving SyncFlow, so screens and features may change. We will not remove a feature you pay for without telling you first.
3. Accounts and access
- Businesses are set up by SyncFlow. The owner of a business invites the other people in it and decides what each of them may do.
- You are responsible for what the people you invite do in SyncFlow, and for removing access when someone leaves.
- Keep passwords private. Each person must use their own login.
- Tell us at once at syncflow25@gmail.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
4. Fees and payment
- You pay the monthly price of each feature your business has, as agreed with you. Free features stay free while they are offered as free.
- Prices are in Indian rupees. GST is added where it applies.
- Payment is due by the date your subscription is paid until.
- If a payment is late, SyncFlow keeps working for 7 more days. After that your business is paused until payment arrives; nothing is deleted while it is paused.
- We tell you at least 30 days before a price you pay goes up. Your features and prices never change just because our standard prices or packages change.
- Fees already paid are not refunded, unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise.
5. Your data
- Your business's data (products, stock, orders, customers, invoices) belongs to you. We use it only to run SyncFlow for you, as the privacy policy explains, and we never sell it.
- You are responsible for the data you enter being correct, and for having the right to enter it.
- When you enter your own customers' details, you are responsible for telling them and for using their details lawfully. You can remove a customer's details at any time.
- You can export your products and stock to Excel at any time, and ask us for a copy of the rest.
6. Marketplace connections
- When you connect a marketplace account (such as Amazon), you allow SyncFlow to read and update it for the features you use: products, prices, fees, orders and stock.
- The marketplace's own terms still apply to your seller account. You are responsible for your listings and for following its rules.
- Marketplaces can change or stop their connections, or be unavailable. We are not responsible for their decisions, delays or mistakes, or for the information they send.
- You can disconnect a marketplace at any time.
7. The numbers are a guide
Profit, margins, fees, GST and break-even prices are worked out from the data you and the marketplaces provide. Some are estimates until the marketplace settles an order. Check important decisions yourself.
SyncFlow is not tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for your invoices (including HSN codes and GST rates), your tax returns and your accounts. Check them with your accountant or CA.
8. Fair use
You agree not to:
- use SyncFlow for anything illegal, or to sell goods that may not be sold;
- try to get into data that is not yours, test or break SyncFlow's security, or overload it;
- share logins, or let people outside your business use your account;
- copy, resell or offer SyncFlow to others as your own service.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep SyncFlow running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may need short breaks for maintenance and will try to keep them outside busy hours.
Support is by WhatsApp or email, on working days. The contact details are at the foot of every page.
10. Ending
- You can stop using SyncFlow at any time by telling us. The current month is not refunded.
- We may pause or end your access if fees are not paid, or if these terms are seriously broken. Where we can, we tell you first and give you time to fix it.
- When your business stops using SyncFlow, you can ask for a copy of your data. We delete it within 90 days of your request, except what the law requires us to keep (for example, invoices and our billing records).
11. Our responsibility
- SyncFlow is provided as it is. We do not promise it will suit every business or be free of errors.
- We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost sales or marketplace penalties.
- Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before it arose.
- Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We tell you at least 15 days before an important change takes effect. If you keep using SyncFlow after that, the new terms apply.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any disagreement by talking to you. If that does not work, the courts of Kerala, India, decide.
