Which marketplaces does it work with?
Amazon is connected directly: products, Amazon's fees, orders and stock come in and stay in step by themselves. Orders from Instagram, WhatsApp, phone or your own website are added in a minute. Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and Shopify are next.
Can I make GST invoices?
Yes, for the orders you take yourself (Instagram, WhatsApp, phone). SyncFlow numbers them, works out CGST and SGST or IGST from where the order goes, and gives you a packing slip to print. Amazon makes its own invoices for Amazon orders.
Is my data safe?
Each business's data is kept separate from every other business, only people you invite can sign in, and every change is recorded with who made it. Cost prices are visible only to the people you allow.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SyncFlow runs in the browser on your computer or phone.
Can I bring my products from Excel?
